    1. I get them from younger friends who are envious of my senior status and lifestyle! Seeing double could be serious. I hope that by the time you read this, the issue would have been resolved.

  2. 😀 Some things are definitely getting older here, but so far most of those don’t apply to me yet. In fact, I’ve found myself skipping again lately. Who would have guessed? Like tammy, eyesight is the biggest concern and my annual visit with the eye doc a couple of weeks ago was encouraging. Fingers crossed. It won’t last forever and I’m appreciating what Andy and I still have while we still have it.

    1. The one thing that worries me most about growing old is the possible loss of vision. I hope that it does not happen. I hope that both of you too do not have too much problems with your eyesights. All the best.

  3. At the risk of being disagreeable here, I positively hate these videos which reinforces stereotypes and contributes to the concept of aging as being something to be feared, laughed at and prevented at all costs with interventions.

Believe me, I conducted many elder workshops with young people and their beliefs are reinforced by these.

We are worth so much more.

  4. I can’t see many of those scenarios even on my horizon…and if there are some, they don’t bother me.

I think some of these might well apply to people are are below the senior age…when I’m at the chemist and some young thing takes away a bag of potions…and then all I get is my one box of 3 (last me…months)
