I haven’t seen this since whenever it was new. What a movie. Really. She was just 19 same age Carrie was when she did Star Wars. Such talent. I believe I recall reading that *Debbie’s* singing voice was dubbed. Ironic.

Very saddened by her death. She maintained her spirit and beauty to the end. I believe the shock of her daughter’s death was too much for her to bear.
