Tamizh saying, “Pazham thinnu kottai potta pervizhi!” Somebody who ate a fruit and cast the seed into the ground ….that has grown into a tree.. indicating that the person has years of experience!
First time I am hearing that adage. Very nice. Will use it henceforth.
ha, ha, that’s very endearing, the squirrels forgetting where they’ve buried their nuts, and very good for the environment.

Interesting. I often find nuts growing in the garden and wonder where on earth they came from. I’ve never seen a squirrel in the garden so I don’t think it’s squirrels (though there are plenty of squirrels in the area). I’m still mystified!
Birds are also usually responsible.
