Keep Calm And Carry On.

When my father’s illness began in March/April, a dear friend used this phrase to me to keep my spirits up. Having gone through a similar experience herself, she was available to me to share my angst, frustration etc, on a daily basis. Her reassuring presence throughout the time when I went through a trying period was priceless and I dedicate this post to her as a way of expressing my gratitude to her. I shan’t name her for obvious reasons but she will know when she reads it. Thank you dear friend.
