Parkour for older folks awakens body and mind.
I already tried that and ended up with a badly sprained ankle. From then on I decided to exercise mostly in the water to avoid injuries and stay safe. With sharks to keep me from getting too lonely. Looney recently posted..Bald Eagle Problems
I too would rather swim among sharks than go through that set of exercises!
“The body responds quickly,” he said. “The brain, on the other hand, takes training.” Yeah, sure. His definition of older is different than ours! My sister-in-law recently fell three different times. Her doctor told her that as we get older our bodies don’t adjust as fast. We need to make demands on them more slowly.

And, what a lovely play ground you have too!
Parkour as nuts as Parker? Maybe, but not quite so dangerous, I hope! Grannymar recently posted..Thursday Special ~ Cough Medicine
You will be surprised. I first wrote a pun with Parker and decided against it.

good grief charlie brown. just reading about it makes me nauseous. the marine’s grandson does parkour. he just turned 14 last saturday. that’s the only age group who should even try it in my book. just one fall on the back of one’s neck. that’s all it takes. a vegetable. and for what? no thanks. i say “nuts!” too!!! tammyj recently posted..aunt mabel’s house
Charlie Brown and Snoopy think alike except when the latter fights the Red Baron.
Sounds interesting, but I sure don’t like risking injury. But when I go for a walk these days, I often add walking along things where I have to balance. Secret Agent Woman recently posted..The sort of thing I fritter away time on.
With my hips, those balancing acts are long gone SAW!
