Hello all readers/friends/fellow bloggers!
Dad was in and out of hospital 3 times in January/February and had some minor endoscopic surgeries. He was scheduled to have a couple more, but then got fed up and refused to have anything more to do with hospitals.
It’s been two months that he’s been homebound with spells of down time. He sometimes resumes reading the newspaper and doing his beloved crosswords. Has not shown interest in turning on the computer or returning to blogging. His phone is for the most part, on silent and with me.
I cannot tell you all if he will ever come back to the blog. 🙂 Wish you all well.

Ranjan, thanks for the update. Your dad knows what he wants and what’s good for him and you’re doing a fabulous job of protecting his space.
Thank you for caring for him, it can be a hard job at times.
Much love to you all
Kylie
Thanks for that news, Ranjan. I’m sure your dad is doing what feels right to him and that’s all that matters. He might or might not feel like blogging again. Watch this space!
thanks for the news Ranjan
I do miss his posts of his life both now and in the past – I’ve learned a great deal about India and I’m grateful for that.
I can’t imagine what it must feel like you for you and your wife – particularly as RR loved his daily life that connected him to both local matters, his crosswords, books and earlier the films he both read and watched, and of course the Net.

I miss his posts and the comments he often left on my Facebook. We are the same age but I of course am in Australia. Please give him my best wishes,
Dear Ranjanbhai,
Thanks for update about sir health, we wish RR sir speedy recovery, convey our regards to sir, thanks,
I appreciate the update. I’m not all that surprised; as much fun as he seemed to have blogging, dealing with other issues surpasses it. Give him the best from all of us, and thanks for taking care of him.
