And what can give more satisfaction than sitting in one’s verandah and watching winter crop of hibiscus in one’s garden?

Ah, lovely! I have hibiscus planted at each end of my parkway, but not blooming right now. The plants have a bluish flower, very satisfying to view. Success can often bring a feeling of satisfaction.
Hibiscus for us is a very sacred flower which is offered to Lord Shiva. Apart from that, I love them for they attract bees, butterflies and humming birds.
That’s a lovely array of plants you have there. Success tends to be defined very much in terms of capitalism and consumerism. Success these days just means having more of everything – more money, more possessions, more children, a bigger house, a bigger car. Satisfaction is much more to the point.

How lovely! Such beautiful flowers they are, indeed.
We have some other flowers that release very pleasant scents like the jasmine and night queen which keeps our drawing room smelling good.
a wonderful view if no one is passing by in the street – I assume that behind the trellis is the street with some your favourite passerby people 🙂
Yes, it is a tree lined avenue and many daily walkers are friends / acquaintances.
