Sunday Outing.

The Pune Rajgopauls took a drive up the Sahayadri Range to Lavasa to acclimatise the latest addition to the family, Chutki to long car drives.

It was a bright and sunny day and coming as it did following the coldest night yet this winter, it was a great outing.

  2. You wimp! Sitting outdoors in a shirt for a winter lunch and you call that cold!!!!!! 😉 I was driven out for lunch too, It was grey, wet and very windy, I have a large bruise on my shin where the door blew back and hit me while trying to get out of the car. My walk-in bed – a coat filled with down and feathers kept the life in me. Tonight we are forecast 3°C, rain wind and a possibility of snow. Will I post you some real weather?????

PS. Great photos. Manjiree has certainly brought sunshine to your lives.

    1. Grannymar, we have been getting up to direct sun and heat for a couple of days…it hardly lets up! A little breeze coming in the upstairs windows but mainly it’s just “heat” – thundery in the afternoon followed by heavy black clouds – then nothing not a drop!! Humidity not too bad IMHO…but sun, lots…

    2. It was not cold there Grannymar. We have a peculiar winter. The night temperature was 6.8 C and it lasted well into the morning. It climbed up to a crisp 28 C by the time we sat down for lunch. I have also been having my share of disasters with the cold and the pup around!
